With a passion to share his skills with future chefs, he looks forward to helping Bahamians rise through the ranks in culinary skills. Hailing from New Zealand, Rob isn't just a devoted dad and husband but is also 2 Michelin star trained in the United Kingdom. As former executive chef for 5 star properties in countries as diverse as Vietnam, Vanuatu and China as well as having served as private chef for King Abdullah and Queen Rania of Jordan, we are proud Rob has chosen Long Island as his next venture. Rob comes to us with the love for island living, a love of integrating fresh produce and the incredible skill to truly create a culinary delight to satisfy anyone's taste buds.
